Mary Lou Wickham – Therapeutic Massage Specialist

Mary Lou has lived in Idaho for more than 30 years and has been working as a massage therapist since 1997.

Her main training is Hellerwork, which is a cousin to Rolfing. She combines Craniosacral, Reflexology, Deep Tissue and Relaxation in her therapy.

In blending her many modalities of training, she has created a technique that is unique to her and personalizes each massage to suit the needs of each client. This combination has proven successful in helping to relax the muscle tissue and relieve tension and stress from the body.

Mary Lou loves her work and enjoys helping people feel less pain, less physical stress and a renewed freedom of movement.
